FinTech Assistant

LinkedTrade connects the Buy-side (private banks, asset managers, and distributors) to the Sell-side (issuers and investment banks) and offers end-to-end automation and real-time connectivity for financial engineering, pricing, execution, and life-cycle management of structured products.

We empower the Wealth Management industry with our digital platform and provide an easy-to-use web-based solution customized to any of our client’s needs. LinkedTrade offers cutting-edge solutions that outperform traditional services and allows fast pricing and execution on all structured products with most issuers.

You will assist our business team in developing our fast-growing SaaS platform LinkedTrade. We are passionate about supporting our clients with our state-of-the-art technology and playing a significant role in their growth.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including investment banks, developers, and clients.

You will work on structured products implementation, products document generation, market data and participate in the roadmap implementation and product testing. In addition, you will ensure that our clients maximize the value they receive from LinkedTrade, handle new clients’ onboarding, and communicate with our clients about the regular platform improvements.

LinkedTrade is looking for a candidate with attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with investment banks, clients and our developers during the implementation phases
  • Manage database entry and client files
  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Assist in setting up new client accounts
  • Communicate new platform improvements through digital marketing channels
  • Prepare, update, organize and store documents and information in digital form

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English


  • 1+ years experience as a team assistant
